Bored of the normal salad? try this Thai style salad, very yummy! Ingredient 300g Pomelo 6 Shrimps 2 Tbs Shredded Coconut Flaks 2 Red Chills, sliced 2 Tbs Chewnuts, chopped 2 cloves of Garlic, minced Coriandar 3 Tbs Lime Juice 2 Tbs Fish Sauce 1/2 Tbs Plam Sugar Method: Pan-fried the shrimps until golden brown, set aside. Put coconut flaks on hot pan, cook for few mins or until it turn browned. Cut pomelo into chunk pieces. Mix all the ingredient and dressing together, done!
