---------------Week 2 Workouts--------------- Friday: We have yet another ice storm so here is a workout you can do at home. Warm up with 5 minutes of jumping jacks, squats, and crunches. Lunge 10 steps 5 Push-ups Lunge 10 steps :30 plank ---Repeat 5 times--- 20 Hip bridges 20 crunches 20 Squats 40 mountain climbers ---Repeat 3 times--- Stretch out for about 10 minutes Saturday: 50 minutes of cardio You can split this up into 2 or 3 different machines or types if 50 minutes of something gets too boring for you. You can run/walk, elliptical, bike, row machine, swim, hike etc...
