--- HR business partner --- Role Purpose: To provide professional, commercial, timely & accurate HR support to our Tel Aviv team. Working within a dynamic operational area, work with the Senior Team to develop and deliver a People Plan that ensures we provide industry leading customer service within the set budgets. Accountabilities: • Develop, deliver and optimise the recruitment strategy to ensure we recruit the best people, at the right time and at efficient cost. Contributing to the On-boarding process to ensure early engagement of new employees with the business • To support Line Managers in delivering the People Plan empowering our teams and addressing any shortfalls in performance in line with company policy • To support Line Managers in addressing Employee Relations issues ensuring they are dealt with both professionally, commercially, legally & in a timely manner. Manage all discipline & grievance processes end to end e.g. management representation, adviser, note taker, completion of outcome letter etc • Continually deliver accurate, commercial & practical advice on all HR & employee relations matters including issues arising in connection with employment legislation to ensure the Company meets it legal obligations • In conjunction with the Line Manager deliver effective short term & long term absence management & effective attendance management in accordance with Policy, making a significant reduction in absence costs & a significant improvement in productivity • Provide professional advice & solutions in managing changes of Terms & Conditions of employment, ways of working & other employment changes, that, if handled poorly create a negative impact on the ER climate &/or reputational/financial damage to the organisation • To deliver effective, professional & compliant HR related administration in a timely manner e.g. letter writing, record keeping, filing, documented evidence etc. Liaise as appropriate various transactional departments such as HR admin in Tel Aviv • Deliver changes or updates to HR policy ensuring full compliance at all times & providing advice to Line Managers in how to manage misdemeanours or breaches • Take ownership for any projects or initiatives as directed by the CEO & HR Director provide general support for work required/requested • To manage the achievement of, & provide reporting on, HR activities or HCM measures against set KPI’s מיקום: Tel Aviv-Yafo, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Knowledge, Skills & Experience: • Previous experience of providing employee relations guidance &/or generalist HR services environment • Experience of recruiting quality candidates for a highly skilled technology environment • Minimum of three years generalist HR operations or employee relations experience • Graduate level education high degree of numeracy and verbal reasoning skills • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified desirable or Israel equivalent • An up to date & general working knowledge of Israel employment legislation • Exceptional communication skills, at all levels • Proven ability to develop strong relationships, at all levels • Proven ability to deliver strategic planning, coaching on people management to Line Managers • Proven effective organisation skills & the ability to prioritise a heavy workload at short notice • The ability to both work under pressure & at pace Competencies this role should deliver against the following Success Factors at Manager Level: • Strategic planning • Ability to understand the core issues and deliver improvement plans around those issues • Understand the benefit of providing outstanding customer service through good management of people • Show flexibility to meet short term needs • Self-starter that is able to motivate self and others Performance Targets • Achievement of individual objectives to budget & timescales • Delivery against the agreed People Plan • Delivery of timely & accurate information • Objectives are achieved according to targets set • Increased productivity & commercial results in the Affiliate Marketing and Product Development functions • A complete & up to date knowledge of Israeli employment legislation is evident
