-10* outside sure makes a difference in my little loft.. A 20* difference from yesterday.. bottom floor sure cooler.. And I dont have to crack open an upstairs window anymore.. Time to put a pad on the floor in front of the doors.. Thawing out birch in the woodbox.. Used a face mask during my hour or so outdoors today.. Beautiful sunshine again.. Hoping my dual DVD/VHS machine is still working.. About a month ago I found an OLD VHS movie I want to watch.. Its Edna Ferbers ICE PALACE about the fight for statehood in Alaska. 144 minutes so it was a long movie for those days. She also wrote GIANT and CIMMARON... sp? Tomorrow Roger will be switching out engines on the Expedition.. its a timing thing.. Thankful he has a fast internet to research ski doo stuff.. Canadian info.. Finished my nighttime after the lights are out book last night.. someone gave me a big pile of John Grisom mystery books and I read Sycamore Lane... Hes not a bad writer.. Now I will start Heaven by Randy Alcorn... Double batteries recharged for my night lamps.. About 8:30 PM we started NCIS again.. We are about half way thru the 10th season and are enjoying it.. We have been TV deprived (by choice) for the last six years.... Roger has connected us to NETFLIX but we have only watch a Russian documentary on trappers in Tiaga.. We have not attempted to get on again.. Maybe I can get on to ALASKA, The Last Frontier.. I like that show..
