Last night, I had a student tell me that after his first class (ever!), he was ready to “make a commercial” for yoga. He couldn’t believe how much he benefitted from one session, including weeks of relief from a shoulder injury. He even asked if he could voice-record last night’s class because he found my initial guidance so advantageous. I often get bits and pieces of feedback from students, but this was an extra special exchange—especially being a new teacher.
