1 More PB before the bulk comes to an end and I travel to Dubai for the week. 185kg squat, I know the form was not the best on this lift, very confident i can hit this with solid form, let my chest and head drop too much... also it seems as though my knees came too far forward when dropping, have a little bit of knee pain due to this. Decided to stop as soon as i felt the any discomfort. Anyone who is looking at hitting 1 rep maxs needs to focus on that form throughout the lift. At high weights we are more susceptible to injuries especially with form not being as good as possible. A thorough warm up is always needed when working out, it becomes even more important when looking to max out. Squat session: Bar - 8 reps 60kg - 4-8 reps Dynamic stretching 80kg - 4-8 reps Dynamic stretching 100kg - 2-4 reps 120kg - 1 rep 140kg - 1 rep (Belt went on) 150kg - 1 rep 160kg - 1 rep 170kg - 1 rep (knee wraps went on) 180kg - 1 rep 185kg - 1 rep
