10th BPS/Jt Note Talks with IBA held on 14/3/2014......Issues of Pensioners It is reliably learnt that for the FIRST time, the VOICE of the veterans reverberated at Jantar Mantar on 7th March, also echoed inside the Meeting Hall of IBA on 14th. On the Issue of 100%DR to the pre-1/11/2002 retired Pensioners, IBA Team agreed to consider POSITIVELY the Issue and to implement DEARNESS RELIEF at the present uniform rate of Neutralization(100%) to all from a PROSPECTIVE DATE. IBA Team is also understood to have agreed to consider positively for making suitable improvements in Family Pension on the pattern of RBIs revised Family Pension. This will be also from a PROSPECTIVE date. On uniform Hospitalization Reimbursement, IBA informed UFBU to hold further discussion on the matter after resolving the Issue for the serving staff. On Updation, IBA Team is understood to have given NO positive signal. The Issue may find a place in the next round of discussion.
