12 years ago I was living what I thought at the time- a pretty swell life. After 9/11 I trudged through that swell life and felt empty. Soon thereafter I began a LONG journey of self realization of what was important in my life and what was not worth all of the appearances, facades and struggles. Today I am in the BEST place in my life EVER!! I am a VERY FORTUNATE and GRATEFUL man to have my FAITH, life partner, 2 pretty cool dogs, family and real friends! At the end of that day, that is what it is all about!! Today my thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims families, those who sacrificed their own lives in order to serve and protect, as well as those whose personal lives were affected on that day. May God continue to bless us all and continue to let us hug one another!
