~ 19th Oct 2014 - Rainy Bangkok For the past 9 years, this date has always been dedicated to 2 very important pillars in my life. Mum and Granny. Today I specially dedicate this to you AY. May you rest in peace and watch over all your friends from where you are now. 20th Oct is a day that I have since stopped celebrating birthdays thats why this note is written one day before that. Birthdays should be celebrated everyday not because its a birth day but because everyday when we open our eyes early in the morning, thats worth celebrating. At different stage of my life, I have had birthdays with crazy friends around me painting my face, counting down in victoria harbour in HK, singing K in JB, and this year my birthday is going to be in the Land of Smiles searching for my footpath and exploring the unknown. There is a bigger world out there and while I can, I want to explore the unknown and see what God has installed for me. its my 7th day here in Bangkok and I am not sure how many 7 days I will be staying but hopefully after many 7 days, I can deposit all these wonderful memories into my memory bank, experiences, friends, happiness, childrens smiles, thankfulness, graciousness. While I wont say its been an easy decision to pack and go, all I can say is that its going to be worth it. I am enjoying the little things in life for one day I may look back and realise that they were the bigger things in life. I take this opportunity to thank my friends who has left footprints in my life and has been a bigger part of how I came out stronger. I have many many friends and the very few people that impacted me the most always stay the shortest in this rented place. The greatest thing in life is having friends that knows about me, my mistakes, my regrets, my stubbornness, my childlike behaviour and yet still find the best in me. To all of you, thank you and I give thanks for your friendship and may God continue to bless you and your family. You know, there are people in life you learn to live with whether you like it or not. There are also people you know you cant live without and wish that you could have them with you all your life and there are also people you know life wouldnt be the same without them.
