(2 images) Starting a meditation practice just got easier-than-you-could-ever-imagine! No need to remain a lapsed or wannabe meditator anymore. You can choose to meditate for any amount of time youd like (complete with starting, ending or interval chimes), listen to any of 78 guided meditations by renowned meditation teachers, & track how often youre meditating--if youd like.
