2 years ago today I lost a piece of my heart. Samantha Pelham was truly like a daughter to me. I was the last one with her that day.... I have to say that the wreck that killed her could have been avoided. Had the man (who had no license nor insurance) at least had taken proper care of his vehicle Samantha would still be here. Please maintain proper vehicle maintenance. If you are going to drive then be responsible! No mother should have to bury her child because you drove a vehicle that had no business being on the road. In my opinion thats just as bad as drinking and driving. Park it till you have the money to fix it!
