2014 has been a productive year!! Today I would like to take time and thank these Heroes who have contributed positively to our society through our humble initiatives ~ 1. Sinlo Kemp - The digital artist who took a path more than a decade back by choosing to pursue full time Graphic Designing despite being selected through JEE for engineering! Sinlo is known for his remarkable works of art from creating BRANDS which has been embedded into our heads! He was the one who designed the iconic The Naga Blog logo, indihut logo, Native Station logo and website creatives! Inspite of his work reaching out to global clients and audiences, he remains grounded and extra cool. For me, he is one of the legendary graphic designers which Nagaland has ever produced..He served as creative director for Pause Productions and has recently kickstarted his own venture Headstrong Designs. 2. Kevisa Vivose for stepping up to work for indihut as Content Manager when there was hardly anyone who could actually commit and dedicate his time practically to learn something new without wasting time on facebook all day like other kids... But he gave his best to contribute to the Music Community! If it was not for him, Indihut would have shut down by now because I was unable to manage this website while I was struggling to juggle with my office and other initiatives ...You are awesome bro!!! Keep it up and we shall definitely work harder to take this to the next level next year! 3. The Naga Blog Administrators - Atsung Imchen, Nokchem Angth, Nokho Nyekha Naga, Al Ngullie, Krocha Nk, KDzakie Naga, Thejakhrietuo Kire, Nukshi Alice, Rozelle Mero who inspite of all their extra busy schedules - Atsung is a software engineer with Accenture, Nokchem, Sangti and Zakie are still students while Alice is working in the UK and blessed with a beautiful baby recently, Al Ngullie(Chief Copy Editor at Eastern Mirror) is the busiest amongst us who is one of the most influential blogger, writer and journalist of our generation, Theja is a band manager and a Govt servant, Krocha works at Interglobe Technologies while Rozelle is the Managing Director of People Channel which has now grown and become of the premium HR Companies in the region and the country. These are the people who give their time selflessly in managing one of the biggest blog in Nagaland with 56,000+ members and numerous activities which we try to initiate.. You guys are truly amazing and have made me realise that Wealth doesnt mean having a lot of money, but true Wealth comes from impacting peoples lives... With people like you serving our society, we shall walk the extra mile in the coming years to continue and give our best.. 4. Native Station Co-Founders - Hukupa Ciekhan Thulu-o, Tenyebinlo Himb, Mhonjan R Lotha, Logistics Manager Azo Khusoh and Race Director Kele Yhoshu.. They put their Vision first by kickstarting a new wave of Adventure and Extreme sports in the State which will impact peoples lives by encouraging a healthy lifestyle and also contributing towards a better environment.. These are the heroes who inspire me and motivate me. You guys absolutely rock and we will put in our best effort to take Mountain Biking and other Adventure sports to the next level in the coming years!! 5. My ex-colleagues at Accenture - Priyanka Dhir and Manik Vashisht, the two extra cool software engineers who have given me immense wisdom and knowledge by working together to pull of one of the success in the e-Governance domain where out of the 10 Depts we worked with, NPSC Department Nagaland became the 1st among all the State Portals in the country to successfully incorporate Online Payment Gateway and completed one of the few successful Government Process Re-Engineering in the country... Besides being brilliant people, you guys choose to remain humble and work from behind the scene to contribute in our little ways towards the growth and progress of our country.
