2015 Recognition Events and dates for Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. 2015 Retreat Qualifications Silver Retreat 2015 Silver Retreat Join us and fellow Silver leaders at one of the 2015 Silver Retreats, our semiannual recognition and training events for these high achievers. Held in Salt Lake City and at the Mona, Utah, farm on June 24–27 and September 20–23, this annual recognition event for all new Silver members is a must-attend experience for rising Young Living leaders. The retreat will feature a full tour of the farm and distillery led by Young Living staff and Young Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young, if available. Attendees will see firsthand the Seed to Seal® process that is the heart of Young Living’s industry excellence and receive personal insight into Seed to Seal during the step-by-step walkthrough. Participants will also learn the proven path to achieving success—both in their businesses and personal lives. Silvers will leave the retreat renewed, refreshed, and ready to take Young Living to the world! Mona Farm From the time Young Living purchased the farm in Mona, Utah, it has been a center for Young Living activities such as Farm Day, the Fall Harvest Festival, and distillery tours throughout the year. The farm features botanicals such as lavender, peppermint, clary sage, and others. Qualification New Silver members are invited to attend the Silver Retreat one time all expenses paid. Members must reach the rank of Silver three consecutive months between May 1–October 31, 2014 (for the first session) or November 1, 2014–April 30, 2015 (for the second session). This reward is offered for one person per membership. Guest Responsibilities Guest responsibilities, benefits, and level of participation may vary by retreat. Young Living Ecuador Farm Since 2005, the Ecuador farm has been a prolific producer of botanicals used to make many popular essential oils such as Ylang Ylang, Eucalyptus Blue, and Dorado Azul. The lush area is great not only for growing Young Living’s crops but also for innovative research and discovery, as two popular Young Living essential oils, Ocotea and Copaiba, were discovered by Gary in the jungle near the farm. Diamond Retreat 2015 Diamond Retreat Join D. Gary Young and Young Living executives April 12–19 as they celebrate the accomplishments of our Royal Crown Diamond, Crown Diamond, and Diamond leaders from around the world! As part of this recognition of their enormous success, attendees will gather for several days of recreation, networking, and leadership development in Croatia and Paris! During the Retreat Gary and Mary Young are excited to take members on a first-ever visit to the new Young Living farm in Croatia! Diamond leaders will then head to Paris to enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Who Qualifies The Diamond Retreat is open to Royal Crown Diamond, Crown Diamond, and Diamond members who have achieved their respective rank for a minimum of three consecutive months during the 12-month qualification period: January 1–December 31, 2014. Crown Diamond Members • New Royal Crown Diamond members are invited to attend their first Diamond Retreat with all expenses paid for them and a qualified* guest. Members must reach the rank of Royal Crown Diamond a minimum of three consecutive months within the 12-month qualification period. • Continuing Royal Crown Diamond members may choose to attend the retreat. Young Living will pay a percentage of the cost of the trip, including travel, for them and a qualified* guest, based on the number of months they have maintained their paid-as rank over the 12-month qualification period. Members must qualify a minimum of three months during the qualification period to be invited (see qualification chart). Crown Diamond Members • New Crown Diamond members are invited to attend their first Diamond Retreat all expenses paid for them and a qualified* guest.
