He said this will be required initially as Mr. Amani in initial stages will need every form of assistance that he can render to him. He then advised the chief secretary that the best starting point will be to get briefings from head of departments and as he goes along, he will begin to develop an understanding of the system. Mr. Siriosi said he is looking forward to a healthy working relationship with the new chief secretary and urged everyone, especially the heads of departments to do the same. When giving his response, the new chief secretary said he will take Mr. Siriosi up on his word to work with him closely. Mr. Amani then stressed that it is an honour and privilege to be given the opportunity to serve the government of Bougainville under the leadership of chief Momis and the people of Bougainville. He said he did not come with a magic wand but only with a heart full of eagerness to serve the Bougainville government and its people. Ends
