5. Improved Families Program: Cost $7.7 billion To encourage children to have a proper childhood, in order to grow up into prosperous members of society, all children deserve to have one nonworking parent. Who is not working at the time may change between the two guardians who are either married or have a civil union. Single parents or divorcees who are nonworking, will receive a % of the benefits in relation to the % of time one takes care of the child. Thus this fund will offer $7,300 each year, for each child up to three, to the guardian(s) who already receive Liberty Assurance, by simply adding these on to the daily basis to their current benefits. The guardian(s) must consist of one of which does not work, in order to stay at home with the children. It will be very tough at the beginning, as so many people rely on those extra jobs to survive, but in time the economy will shift with it as many people leave the job market, the wages of those who still have jobs will go up! So, with Liberty Assurance too, a nonworking single mom with full custody of one child will receive $18,250 per year. (10 million population) / (80 year life expectancy) * (18 years a child) * (0.75-1.25*0.10) * ($7,300) * (0.75 for those who do not take up offer) = $7.7 billion.
