5 weeks ago I hurt my back and had to completely stop working out,,,,unfortunately I also didnt watch my eating habits. It was summer, kids ice cream, Santa Cruz and just fun!!! ITS amazing how fast i gained weight and felt sluggish,,,, So the first pic was 3 weeks ago,,, (ouch), and I think I was trying to flex, (ouch again), and the last one was taken on Tuesday.... I wanted to share with you all on the flex friday..... HOW did I get back on the right path??? 1st,,, started back on, my shakeology 2nd,,, got up and worked out 6 days a week , I mixed it up with body beast, combat and piyo 3rd cut all bread and pasta out 4th put me first again, I was so wrapped up in work, summer, kids and try heal my back,,,, I didnt put myself on the to do schedule... I learned so much this summer, ,, so so much. That making big life decisions can cause a lot of stress, moving someones furniture, isnt always a good thing and the big one EXCUSES are not a comfortable place to be for me anymore. True, I totally hurt my back, but when the doctor said, start working out , I let the fear of that pain again, run my thoughts, , and stopped me from pushing a little harder. Ok, we are all human, we all fall, ,, I do it daily,,, but I always get back up,,,, even when im, scared..much love to you all,,,,,, deep passionate, love to ur wonderful spirit and light
