7-Day Gratitude Journey continued … DAY SIX I will begin today’s journey with a special prayer of GRATITUDE: Eternal God, our dear loving heavenly Father - I am so blessed to have families, friends, fortunes, foes and even some fiery trials that try my faith. Please remind me to celebrate and rejoice always in all things. I want to give a special shout out to Davida Echetabu, for nominating me to join in … in the 7-Day Gratitude Journey. I have been truly blessed to take on this challenge. Ordinarily, I would not participate in any chain-activities but Davida is not an ordinary person – she is by faith in Christ Jesus, Gods child. Like Paul the apostle, I am certain that true significance can only be obtained in knowing Christ. It is wonderful how God reminds me of the eternal value of growing in His grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— that I may know Christ and the power of His resurrection, and may share His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death. I am grateful that I am intimate with God. I nominate the following ones to come on board the 7-Day Gratitude JourneyAyoyinka Isaac Jegede, Sandra Leonard Terry, Adeniran Adebayo, Ronnie Muniz and whoever will.
