Flexibility, modernization and experimentation are thus encouraged at the grassroots level. 7 Political Principle: People Should Have A Voice In Decisions That Affect Them - Parents genuinely included in decision-making about their child makes them ideal candidates for broader policy decisions, locally and provincially.
