**9am Conundrum** Coleen (AS) works a few days per month in a busy dental surgery. She is aware they are employing new staff at the moment. Next time she goes in, she notices there is a new person (Louise) on the reception desk but since Louise is busy serving a patient, Coleen does not say anything to her. She doesnt see Louise again that day, so hasnt another chance to say hi. By the end of the month, Coleen realises that they still have not been formally introduced yet they both sometimes say hello to each other but nothing more. Coleen wonders whether Louise even knows who she is. She begins to feel very awkward around Louise. *Discuss*
