Facebook makes monumental amounts of money off of users who rip videos off of YouTube and upload directly to Facebook. And theyve bred their users to do this, by limiting any post directing externally to only 6% or less of a pages audience. If I rip the video and post it directly to my page, 16-20% MIGHT see it. Plus, it can get MAJOR exposure by being shared. If I post a link to one of my videos and connect off-site, Facebook kills it. And if you do that too often, Facebook kills the reach of your page, and eventually youre struggling to keep things running. So essentially, Facebook has very blatantly told its users You can have a hugely successful page. The key is to steal other peoples content and post it like its your own. Now, this doesnt exactly HURT YouTubers. In fact, it could even help them by offering more exposure. Especially when some of these no-talent ass clowns have no idea how to even cut out the endboard YouTubers but in their videos before uploading it to their Facebook page. However, when Facebook is running ads on YOUR content, and making MILLIONS OF DOLLARS because of content that does not belong to them, it can be frustrating. And yes, if you kick and complain enough (which you probably wont, because it takes a LOT of it), then Facebook will solve your issue by removing the post, once theyve pocketed all the money its made. And they proceed to walk off whistling. So thats one of the reasons I hate Facebook / Mark Zuckerberg. And yes, Im still using the damn site. I have a lot of fans on it. I will endure the bullshit for them.
