A Few Things Independent India Should NEVER have done: 1. Shift of power but no shift in the concept of “powerful”. Examine the stark difference between the Common Man PMs of India and the un-common elite PMs of the dynasty. 2. Either Industry centric education or Useless Social Sciences of Western model Education. 3. Meritless reservations in most needed sectors of Govt and Talent drain 4. The ‘ not-at- all- reform’ but vote bank driven Land Reforms, which pushed farmer from core agriculture work to managing menaces of land, finance, marketing and legal. 5. Linguistic administrative divisions mistaken as social divides between two states. 6 No serious effort to review Constitution; no deletion of unwanted processes and policies, mis-representation of Rights as birth-rights; Responsibilities never taken by common man. 7. Very evasive rules and strictures on Natural Resources, easy attitude to environment, no sense of sanitation, least respect to potable water. 8. Application of intellect on societies and its rituals which created more divides than the divides themselves! Farce of secularism, intellectuals intolerance on innocence. 9.. Too much emphasis on book-based, lab-based education. Least exposure to life, value, morality and tolerance. 10. Heavy dependency on Govt for any solution which virtually turned even a village system devoid of minimum responsibilities. 11. Development, employment, higher education created nucleus families. Creation of old-age homes is the worst sin educated India would have done. 12. Mis-governance of agriculture sector, govt control on agri sector on matters which communities should have managed.
