A Nice story ,, Once upon a time , An old American Muslim lived in a farm in the mountains of eastern Kentucky with his young grandson. Each morning , Grandpa wake up early , sitting at the kitchens table reading Quran . His grandson wanted to be just like him and tried to imitate him in every way possible . One day , the grandson asked, saying serious ! I try to read Quran just like you but I do not understand the words , which I do understand I forget as soon as I close the book . What good does reading the Quran . The grandfather quietly putting coal in the stove and replied, Take this coal basket down to the river and bring it back with water The boy did as he was told , but all the water leaked out before he got back to house. Grandfather laughed and said you should be faster in the next time and then sent him back to the river with the basket faster , but again , the basket was empty before he returned home . Out of breath . Told his grandfather it was impossible to carry water in a basket and he went to get a bucket instead of a basket. The old man said I do not want a bucket of water , but I want a basket of water. Youre just not trying hard enough Then he went out the door to watch the boy trying again . In the meantime . , The boy knew that it was impossible, but he wanted to show his grandfather that even if he ran as fast as he could , the water would leak out before he got back to the house. The boy again dipped the basket into the river and ran hard . , but , when he reached his grandfather , the basket was again empty . He said, gasping for air , my grandfather ... it is useless . Grandpa replied , So you think it is useless ? Look at basket ... The boy looked at the basket and for the first time realized that the basket was DIFFERENT . Basket was transformed from a dirty old coaled one and became now clean, inside and out . The grandfather said : Son, this is what happens when you read Quran . You may not understand or forget some of it , But , when you read time after time after time . you will change both internally and externally Arent You ! ........... ........... This does not mean not to try to understand the meanings of the Quran . and not only Try to understand but also try to apply in our life .. Its grades , My son .....
