A Note From Another Customer: Scott, I would like to take time to thank the front desk Secretary, Beth for her knowledge and kind manner in which she addressed my questions concerning the maintenance service agreement, which will be completed March 24. I would also like to mention that the service technician, Mike that came to fix the generator, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me in detail what he was doing and what might have caused the automatic weekly test indicator not to shut off after the test. I have decided to stay with NEGC with the closeness and the fine cooperation Scott of your wonderful and dedicated Team Work, along with a outstanding reference from John Lund. Jay
