A Sindhi author, Zulfiqar Shah writes, in a Kabuli newspaper: “UK, being successor of the Great Britain, is historically responsible for the ill-designs and mishaps it has committed while departing from the colonies after the Second World War. It should feel more responsible to the oppressed nations in Pakistan whom British invaded as independent and sovereign countries and later on annexed them with the Pakistan against their will. British should also revise its policies and engagement within Pakistan and think undoing the blunders it has committed during 1947 and later on, whose cost is being paid by the Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun and Siraiki people in Pakistan. (The writer is a Sindhi refugee activist and journalist, currently staying in New Delhi, India). Technically, and in accordance with the rules of natural justice, this authors contention is valid; Britain should clear up her mess. The mess she created -- is Pakistan. But there are obstacles to this. First, the British made use of existing political realities to create Pakistan: that is, natural nationalism doesnt exist here, and the British -- in accordance with the 20th Century realities -- cobbled together a composite, puppet-governed nation-state known as Pakistan. That is now falling apart. But Zulfiqar Shah is a typical “Sindhi nationalist” and suffers from the fallacies of that creed…. Here he assumes the validity of Sindhi, Pashtun, Siraiki and Baloch nationhood in an offhand manner, and that is somewhat unreal even if it is weak too....because history has demonstrated primitive, weak and unstable kingdoms in this area, always in a state of flux… ONLY A RESTITUTION of the old, transnational Khorasani Central Asian/Eurasian Order will be the tried and tested remedy to the problems of Afghans, Sindhis, Punjabis, Baloch....they were all part of it once. They are all unfit and unable to exist alone as nations. And so is the unnatural British created and sustained Pakistan – a fragment of their “Raj”, which the British built…they also took advantage of the existing realities, using this old natural geopolitical template, when they made Pakistan in 1947 to be ruled by their local breed of elite dogs. Pakistan is a garbled, puppet-governed neocolonial fragment of the old Khorasani Sultanate, centered on the Indus Valley and handed over to an ethnic Indian Muslim puppet class (and their Indianised Pathan cohorts) to rule: these are inward looking people who were always docile citizens and peaceful artisans, but never rulers. That is why they cant take on or tame the wild Pashtun yahoos in the lands to their northwest...these yahoos were always restive and incapable of self-rule (though they ruled India) -- that is their character, but they never squeaked under the order of the various dynasties of Turkish-Mongol governance, which was always upon them, for centuries.... What is more, Britain is in truth a predatory imperial power -- not a paragon of justice as she has made out; she” has no intention of cleaning up anything...not till she is wrestled to the ground, nullified, put in her place as a small island off the coast of Western Europe -- and her and her servants here are all taught what they fully deserve. And that is a process about to begin, but it will take a good few decades! By the time it is over with, the world will surely be a different place...only fools will think otherwise. HISTORY CALLS FOR KHORASAN again….as a subset of a new Global Eurasian Order of justice – to replace the Anglo-Western global chicanery, shopkeepery and injustice!
