A WOMAN BREAKS THE LAW& JESUS IS PLEASED WITH HER& EVEN PRAISES HER FAITH. #(Short bible study.. ) In mark 5 :25-35, we see a woman who got healed of a 12 year hemorrhage by touching the cloak of Jesus believing she would be well. #However, a more looked over fact is that this woman was clearly breaking the laws of Moses. #Leviticus 15:25-28 speaks specifically of such a woman, basically she should alienate herself and not be in public or come into contact with anyone as she will make them ceremonially unclean. #Yet she sought to touch the Holiest and cleanest of all men that ever lived and what did Jesus say to her??... #Did He condemn her for breaking the laws of Moses??... NO. #Jesus turned to the woman, comforted her and said; DAUGHTER, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering. #She just broke the law and Jesus is calling her daughter??.. #Today, even if we break Gods laws and commandments, He still calls us son or daughter because you will always be His beloved Child. #Friends, Jesus knew that He was going to fulfill all the laws of God a few months later on the cross at calvary. He knew very well the purpose the law was given, not to Justify man nor for man to keep but simply to prove that man cannot keep the law perfectly and need a savior Romans 3:19, Galatians 3:19-22. #Notice Jesus said to the woman, Your faith has made you well. Yet she broke a levitical law??.. #No wonder Galatians 3:12 states that The law is not of faith. #Romans 4:14 says the law voids faith and remember without faith, you cannot please God. #Therefore we can say if you live your life always referring to the ten commandments and measuring yourself based on them instead of your righteousness in Christ, you cannot please God. #Ever wondered why you may not be seeing your break through in health, finances, or relationships??.. #Is it because you are trying to achieve it by your good works trying to please God in a way so that He can have mercy on you? #Friends, Gods mercy towards man was fully poured out when Christ died on the cross. Your job is to only believe that it is finished and receive the blessings thereof. #This is what it means, All of Christ none of self. #Look to Christ for all the blessings and fulfillment of Gods promises and not yourself, your law keeping or your good works. #CHURCHBOY
