A book you may want to read I almost forgot to share with you all one of the fantastic books I read over my vacation. I know, how dare I keep away anything that is good for you? Do you know how I remember? Well, I ordered some books and they came yesterday night and I opened the box and kissed them. I know you may think that I’m lunatic but believe me in this; there are anointed and gifted authors out there who made you forget the whole world out there and soaked you in the Word of God! Anyways, when I looked at those books yesterday, I remembered the book I read and didn’t share with you. So, here is one of the books I devoured over my vacation: “Never Go Back” by, guess who? Well, one of the Psychologists who come on the Newlife Radio show, Dr. Henry Cloud! If you read one of his books, such as “Boundaries,” you will love this. When you look at this book, you may think that it is a long read but it goes very fast! You know why? It is talking about real life problems and their solutions. So, get it if you are tired of “a monotonous” lifestyle which doesn’t go anywhere. “Abundant” life is the life Jesus came for (John 10:10) and we can find that kind of life if we face our weaknesses and struggles face on, instead of blaming others for it; or saying, “I’m only a human being,” or saying “Everybody is in this, I’m not the only one.” The Bible says, “- - - the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12 Let’s be violent when it comes to bringing down the kingdom of God to this earth but to do that it starts from us. Let’s not try to change the world but ourselves. After all, the world has no choice to be impacted, changed and attracted to something which is the opposite of itself. So, let’s be radical and transform our lives by renewing our minds with the Word of God (Romans 12:2). Books such as “Never Go Back” won’t give you a chance to blame others or to say, “This is the way I’m; I can’t change myself.” It challenges you to review your understanding of the Word and APPLY IT. I promise I will share with you the books I’m devouring now but only if I think they are worth mentioning them here according to my opinion, spiritual understanding and relevance to this ministry. ///
