A close friend of mine will be living on a diet similar to those who live in poverty in Honduras this Lent as they gain understanding and seek solidarity with those whose lives are so different than our own. During this time, and following, they will be sponsoring a child through an organization with money saved by the change in lifestyle. Meaningful, inspiring change during Lent. Im not sure I have the courage to do likewise but hope to do much more than give up chocolate this Lent. What are you doing differently this Lent? How are you reflecting on your journey of faith this Lent? How do you hope to be different come Easter?
