A common question I get from Yoga studio owners is HOW TO ADD HOT YOGA CLASSES TO THE SCHEDULE. In order for a non-hot studio to have hot classes on the schedule, usually, a studio owner would need to hire a trained Hot Yoga teacher, or get certified for Hot Yoga themselves. The teaching of hot classes requires: > a Hot Yoga practice experience > an adequate training for the specific Hot Yoga alignment, breath, overload intensity and duration, modifications, etc. > the understanding of the heated environment, benefits, contraindications, technology.
