A contemporary sociological belief is that individuals who have BEEN subjugated, or victim to socioeconomic misfortune by way of refusal of recognition, etc., cannot exhibit racist tendencies (reverse racism) because all of the chips have been so stacked against them in the past and somewhat in the present; thus this is more of a nonphysical emote of frustration as opposed to blatant racism. Valid or no?
