A contractor who chooses to engage in Government contracts in Nigeria goes through hell with the ministries and civil service commissions. Civil servants may be hard core sardist who expects tips and heavy bribes just to sign cheques and ensure payment for the completed jobs and contracts. They overload government contracts and steal with satanic impunity while working in an active civil service. At the end they retire in to private life with little or more that they had stolen- curse begin to rage. They loose many if not all in no time to canker worms, sicknesses and mysterious theft. Some may die horribly on ques while trying to collect their entitlements and pensions.This pensions are never accessible since it is also eaten up by much more younger civil servants who will ensure that the SOWING EVIL AND REAPING EVIL CYCLE CONTINUES. Whom will we run to Now??
