A coupla months ago I had an issue with FedEx (you may remember my rant on here.) I dropped 2 paintings off at the same time that sold through a third-party company who provided the shipping labels (which is why I used FedEx instead of UPS) but only one was delivered. After visiting the FedEx store I dropped them off at, the manager (who was who I handed the paintings to when I dropped them off) said he would look into it. A few days later, he contacted me saying they could not find it, and even pulled the surveillance video which showed me only handing him 1 painting. So you can imagine my surprise when the company that sold the painting contacted me to inform me that after 2 months, it was returned to them.
