A couple of our favorite questions asked by customers: When will you have milk again and What are your busy days? Two qualities I love most about my cows, faithfulness and dependability. They show up right on schedule...everyday and delivery the finest milk available. This means that we have milk on the shelf everyday, cold, delicious, fresh and just for you. Interesting how many of us are lulled into the mind-set of delivery trucks that Wall-Mart and the like receive? Second question: Everyday our boutique dairy store is open we are blessed and very busy with customers, both new farm fans and our familiar farm fans. Our customer base has increased significantly in number and in geography. In other words, we have approximately 100 customers each day the store is open and we continue to sell out of our delicious products. Last night, after the gates were closed and milking was completed we (me, Trenton and Kaycee) made fresh peanut butter, pickled peppers and squash relish, Lassi, Kefir, salsa, Kaycee made her granola, muffins, bread and we also have in the line-up for you grass-fed meats in the freezer and we have beef jerky local raw honey, Moms Soap, Laundry soap, etc...it was a late night and we had fun re-stocking the store with all of your favorites. We are so very excited to see everyone who comes to the farm today! Blessings, Ris~
