A couple rules questions from tonights (really great) games: 1. Does The Fury of Sicarius target an enemy unit? It doesnt use the word target, so we werent sure. In context, we werent sure if the Tau Communications Relay could be used to cancel it. 2. Do units that get played as attachments keep their command icons? The Shadowsun Stealth Cadre have command icons and can be played as attachments. Promotion gives a unit command icons, but its worded explicitly.
