Two day ago the pastor from the village of Sabolciu, Ghiocel Covaci, who is part of our ministry, lost his house. Due to a defect chimney his house caught on fire during the night. By the time the fire truck showed up everything inside burned, including the roof. Only the walls are standing. The family escaped and is safe by the Grace of God and is now living scattered around with neighbors and friends. I plan to help Ghiocel purchase the wood necessary to build the structure for the roof this weekend so when the rains come will not destroy the mud brick walls. I am also trying to help Ghiocel purchase the necessary materials needed to make his house inhabitable again.
