A few weeks ago I purchased a rocking chair from Hart store in Sudbury.. Well when we brought it home Dwight sat on it and it broke. No it wasnt him that broke it, it wasnt properly assembled they didnt have the 2 supporting post in the bottom. Anyways I called the Hart store and spoke to the manger and told her what happened - she laughed and said to come back to get my refund. No I wasnt going to drive 400km to get a refund and wasnt too pleased with her reactions (laughing) thought it was very unprofessional. So I called the head office in Quebec and spoke with the HR and told her what had happened, she apologized and said I should be expecting a phone call within a week from the Service manager. I got his call a couple weeks ago and he said he would find me a new chair. Today he showed up at my door step with a brand new rocking chair, delivered it all the way from a hart store in Quebec, but this time is was a more expensive and nicer one with no extra fees. I was so happy with the outcome. Hats off to the Hart store - Im sure Ill be doing business with you soon.
