A great talk on a paper published about doctor lead television shows. Key points to take away from it: 1. Learn to find the full value of what is said and how it applies to you. Just because a doctor recommends something, doesnt necessarily mean that you need to be doing it. 2. Conflicts of interest occur and are not always publicized, refer to point #1. 3. Theres a lot of information that is thrown around in a day, a week, and over the course of a year. Not all of it is useful, not all of it is relevant, and not all of it is true. Refer again to #1. 4.
