A janitor looses his job and decides to start his own janitor company. He quickly gets a few customers but cannot do all the work or get to all the customers himself, so he trains a team of janitors to start their own businesses and provides them with tools etc. and in return he gets a % of their sales profits. Soon those people cannot do all the work as business is booming through word of mouth advertising so they duplicate what the first janitor did and start training their own team and they get a % of the sales profits from their team which then also flows up to the first janitor who started the business idea and added value to all the people under him. This is how I see a Network Marketing business working - it is about learning the trade, teaching others, sharing the product and/or service with those who need it and creating massive sales volume by adding value to more people. The profits from this sales volume is shared between all the people which lead to the new customers and your business success. Network Marketing when done the right way is a little like a franchise business on steroids without the high start up costs, without the risk, without the stress, and with better returns on your time and money investment.. Actually NO - now that I think about it there is no comparison. Network Marketing is a much better way. When you do a job yourself you only get paid for your effort (100% of 1 person = 1), but when you train a team you add value to LOT more people and therefore get paid more (6% of 100 people = 6) - which would you prefer.
