A leading FMCG Company located in Doha – Qatar is seeking to hire the following position:- Job Title: Sales &Marketing Coordinator Job Description: Sales: • Development of various monthly and quarterly sales reports • Coordination of dealer visit and event reports • Administration of sales initiatives/promotions • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation • Prepare and follow up on any sales inquiries(online, phone, email) in collaboration with field reps • Liaise between other departments such as logistics, supply chain and finance. • Coordinate team meetings, including preparations relating to facilities, travel and meeting materials • Development and management of price lists • Management of various contact databases in Sales force Marketing: • Supply customer needs for artwork and marketing material • Ensures sufficient levels of marketing materials and product samples at warehouse • Solicit and monitor feedback on the impact of promotional materials from sales and customer service teams and provides regular updates to Marketing manager • Responsible for trade show displays • Fulfills requests by sales for promotional material and product samples Job Requirements • BSc. of any related field • Min 3 years of experience • Should have good personality with very good inter-personal skills and pleasant telephone manner. • Excellent communication Skills & Computer Skills • Verge Good (Writing, Reading & Speaking) of English Language is must. • Presentable • Female • Single • Age less than 30 If interested and meeting the above criteria, please send your CV with a recent photo, mentioning the job title in the subject line to info@mergecareer Note: CVs without Photo will discarded
