A mom just knows when something is not right, bailey came in on Sunday crying in pain with his finger after bending it right back with a ball, he then cried all night. The thing with bailey is he never cries over pain so thought he must have fractured it. Took him to A&E Monday where I was told it was a sprain which really surprised me, just by looking at it. but as there was no doctor at the time in lywnipia they said the x-ray would be reviewed. Bailey still in pain which kept me thinking it was more but then some times a sprain is more painful than a fracture. Had a phone call from the hospital today to say that his x-ray has been reviewed and there is a definite fracture in it, so fracture clinic for him tomorrow. went to the school to re-strap it as requested by the hospital and you would have thought Christmas had come early, he was so exited to know he had broken it lol !!!!!
