A muslim scholar in Jordan attacked Palestinians for distorting Quran, Jews given Israel until Day of Judgement. Allah has promised Israel to the Jews -- so says Sheikh Ahmad Adwan, a Muslim scholar living in Jordan, who declared on his Facebook page recently that Palestine doesnt exist. Blogger Elder of Ziyon translated Arab news sources that this Saturday reported on Adwans statements, in which he quotes the Quran saying Allah assigned Israel to the Jews until the Day of Judgement (Sura 5 Verse 21), and that Jews are the inheritors of Israel (Sura 26 Verse 59). I say to those who distort...the Quran: from where did you bring the name Palestine, you liars, you accursed, when Allah has already named it The Holy Land and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment, argued Adwan. There is no such thing as Palestine in the Quran. Your demand for the Land of Israel is a falsehood and it constitutes an attack on the Quran, on the Jews and their land. Therefore you won’t succeed, and Allah will fail you and humiliate you, because Allah is the one who will protect them (i.e. the Jews), warned Adwan. The sheikh had more harsh words for the Palestinians, calling them the killers of children, the elderly and women in using them as human shields in order to falsely accuse the Jews of targeting them. He reports having seen the same tactic used by Palestinians against the Jordanian army in the 1970s. This is their habit and custom, their viciousness, their having hearts of stones towards their children, and their lying to public opinion, in order to get its support, declared Adwan. Adwan has previously said his support for the Jewish people comes from my acknowledgment of their sovereignty on their land and my belief in the Quran, which told us and emphasized this in many places, like His (Allah’s) saying ”Oh People (i.e the Children of Israel), enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned unto you - (Sura 5, Verse 21). The Jews are a peaceful people according to Adwan, who says if they are attacked, they defend themselves while causing as little damage to the attackers as possible. It is an honor for them that Allah has chosen them over the worlds – meaning over the people and the Jinns (spiritual creatures) until the Day of Judgment. …When Allah chose them, He didn’t do so out of politeness, and He wasn’t unjust other peoples, it is just that they (the Jews) deserved An Egyptian called Yasser Arafat pulled the biggest con job on the world by claiming Israel is Palestine under a British Mandate before 1948 it was an insult to call an Arab a Palestinian as Palestinians are an invented people who come from Jordan. Palestinians dont even have their own flag but live under the Jordanian flag where most of them reside today.... In September 1970 Arafat tried to overthrow King Hussein of Jordan resulting in the deaths of 25,000 Palestinians and sending thousands into exile as refugees .This is known as BLACK SEPTEMBER. “There is no such thing as ARAB Palestine in history, absolutely not”. (Professor Philip Hitti, Arab Historian}… When one side in a disagreement capitulates to violence, the violence will be used again, more widely and with greater intensity the next time there is a disagreement. Israel continually capitulates after confusing everybody by repeatedly saying it will do the opposite. Every day this week Israelis in Jerusalem and the surrounding areas were killed. The only response that will end this, is consistent harsh sentences for any person who murders people and terrorizes a country. It is easier in the short run to give in. A short period of deceptive calm may follow. Violence will increase as it has over the years in Jerusalem. Israels unwillingness or inability to stand its ground, to communicate clear and consistent objectives, and to do what it says it will is both perplexing and infuriating to many, like myself who love the country. How dare Netanyahu call himself a representative of the Jewish people and prohibit Jews from visiting let alone praying there. The Waqf has behaved dishonorably and has broken the agreement in 1967 that all religions would be able to pray there. When world news media has amnesia about what the temple mount is to Jews, when police responses to Mototov cocktails and barbed wire in out holiest of places are called incitement by Hamas, Abbas and Jordan, I am not surprised. When my own prime minister accepts this narrative, when he responds to daily murders of Jews by Violent Palestinian mobs, to the near death of Yehudah Glick, to the murder of a three month old child and others every single day by behaving as if this is our fault. I have become ashamed and disgusted in his leadership and appeasement to the muslims. Israel demanded that Abbas recognize Israel as a Jewish state. A Jewish state means very little if the Prime Minister of that state does not have the strength to protect our holiest place on earth. Shame on you Benjamin Netanyahu. Either protect the Temple Mount or retire and give someone else a chance
