A poor citizen needs to communicate (1) we need elec (power) to move our wheel of business-machine -physical comfort to feed our families. We know our country has capacity of producing with mix fuel to 17000MW and our requirement is 15000MW. We know the fuel oil is not provided to ipps so they did not produce even one unit that comes to 8900MW . Question arises that the Govt that availed loans of Rs16000B then why the Govt did not clean circular debt Rs500B. Alas we paid up to Rs20B per month to these non operative projects of IPPS and increased debts. Govt increased the terrif from Rs2.58 to Rs11.78 + surcharge to reduce losses , self created by paying 20B a moth to non operational IPPS as per their agreements. If the same funds are utilzed for power producing the nation had their industry moving and producing the goods , which may help the ppl/labor workers to earn wages for their livings and taxes to Government. Now future Govt must arrange to produce 15000MW by providing fuel to IPPS and negotiate with them for refund of money they hv received during the last 4 years. 1 the major factor is Corruption /plundering of wealth by Govt authorities and their assosiates. In fact the NRO 2007 has made the entire Nation especially the rulers that what ever they can loot they must loot because there is no accountability. They r right to exercise this idea committed , look there is no accountability every dacoit has his hands clean. The judiciary has also characterised its role very articulating will. The judiciary decide the cases which r submitted to the courts by the investigating institutions NAB/FIA and POLICE but the cases are ist trialed in the courts spread over a period of 3-4 years and then sent to proper forum of investigating institutions for finding out the responsibility of culprits. WHAT A FUNNY EXERCISE . That established all involved a culprits not accused. 3 Gas is utilised without meteres to Fertiluzer sector , textile sectors who pocketed billions of rupees a moth and ignored the most important sector CNG which is providing cheaper fuel to public, paying salaries to poor worker , eating out the burden of oil import . Most important the CNG sector is consuming only 7% of the total production and paying the maximum terif Rs656/ per MMBTU as compared with Fertiliser Rs90/ per MMBTU textile Rs341/Per MMBTU but all are against the CNG becoz they want to earn commission on other products LPG-LNG they want to waste the wealth of state and then after 3 -4 years the experts ll declare it a failure project. We need extensive cruel accountability not only of money plunderers but also of who introduced non profitable workable projects and also judiciary needs to be crystallised for their unlawful hearing of cases.
