A quick and easy side dish! All you need: 1/2-1 tbsp oil (coconut or olive oil) 1.5 cups cooked quinoa 1 bag 3 pepper & onion blend Crushed red pepper and pepper to taste Heat oil with crushed red pepper & pepper over high heat for about 30 sec toss in 3 pepper blend cook till almost ready then stir in quinoa till heated through! Serve with seasoned turkey patties, pork tenderloin chops, chicken breast or fish #easysidedishes #quickmeals
