A quick tut about adding light to to a picture. To duplicate the motion and Radial blur CTRL + F (as many times as you want) when using the motion blur dont forget to get rid of the lines by using the Gaussian blur. Try leave all adjustments (example curves & levels) off the layers panel (its easy to get confused) Its easy to do, Be on the layer you want to adjust and use the shortcodes, example CTRL L levels, CTRL U Hue & Sat.
