A really amazing thing happened to me this weekend! I made Jackies (Susan Kennedy from Neighbours!) Mums 90th birthday cake! I came into work on Saturday morning & the heat from Fri night had melted their cake! I was mortified, so I made the call to Jackies sister who laughed about it!! And was so calm! I fixed it as best as I could & they still loved it! Yes cake problems do still happen to me once in a blue moon, and I go the extra mile to fix it :) also a new rule at Cakesrlicious! We will not be taking large 3D cake orders during summer! Cakes & hot summers do not mix! Also Harold was at the party! The funny thing is I didnt realise I was making this cake for famous people & i still didnt realise when these photos were taken! Off in my own little world! Sad beginning that ended well! :)
