A recent study published by Northwestern University researchers found that people who had exposure to light in the morning were most likely to have a lower body mass index (BMI), regardless of how many calories they consumed, activity levels, or how long they slept.1 The benefit was most pronounced in early morning hours. BMI rose by 1.28 points for every hour that light exposure was delayed. The researchers recommended that people should strive to get light exposure between 8 a.m. and noon, for about 20 to 30 minutes. fitness.mercola/sites/fitness/archive/2014/04/18/light-exposure-bmi.aspx?x_cid=20141113_ranart_light-exposure-bmi_facebookdoc #Health #Fit #Fitness #weight #weightloss #Healthy #Natural
