A reputed Real Estate company is looking for candidates for the following positions. 1. CLEANERS (Hospitality) This position is required for maintaining offices in a premier location. Duties include general dusting, vacuum, cleaning the kitchen area, arranging the furniture for the offices, clear dustbins, clean restrooms etc. The candidate should hold an article 18 work visa and should be willing transfer the residence permit in two months’ time. Should be polite and well mannered. Benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law. 2. TEA BOY(Hospitality) This position is required for company head office. Duties include: Make beverages for the office staff like guava, espresso, Turkish coffee, cappuccino etc.; Maintain kitchen pantry area; Heat the lunch boxes of the executives and clean the boxes end of the day; Do the cleaning of office and washroom once or twice a week as required; Do some general filing or printing help for the staff in free time. The candidate should hold an article 18 work visa and should be willing transfer the residence permit in two months’ time. Should be polite and well mannered. Good English communication skills. Arabic speaking skills is an advantage. Benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law. 3. CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The candidate should possess excellent communication skills. Bilingual skills ability and candidate with related experience is preferable. Should be presentable and smart with intermediate level ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and email applications effectively. Experience in client service is preferred.
