A tribute to my swedish friend and big idol the Legendary Hank C. Burnette. Hank C. Burnette, or Sven-Åke Högberg as his real swedish name is, retired from live performing in the 60s and moved to Oxelösund, 12 miles South of Stockholm by the coast, where he sat up his now world famous recording studio in his parents makeshift garage, playing all the instruments himself and handling all the vocals, plus production and sound engineering (something that hes even been inducted into the Guiness Book Of Records for!!). I got in touch with him a couple of years back when I had uploaded his big world wide hit, Spinnin Rock Boogie (more than 8 million copies sold and the most original, amazing instrumental ever released according to UK Sounds magazine!!), on You Tube and have since made a couple of videos for him. But he himself has uploaded more than 500 videos on You Tube, and do not worry he has about 1800 - 2000 unpublished tracks, that he is currently going through and will eventually publish... P.S. Amoung many other breathtaking things that HCB has accomplished throughout his awesome career is that hes the ONLY European artist thats had a record released on the legendary SUN Records in the USA!!
