ABANDONED AT 9YRS BY OWNER WHO BOTTLE-FED HIM AS PUPPY ** If you understand rotties, please give ✿DUTCH✿A CHANCE! ** Dutch’s previous owner was no dummy; he had to know that he was dropping off his dog at the shelter for almost certain death that would be lonely and petrifying. Dutch is 9-years old and he’s naturally quite accustomed to his routine. His previous family decided to move out of state without him, leaving Dutch on tomorrow’s Kill List. Dutch is a hefty Rottweiler weighing 127-pounds. He was not raised around children or other dogs although he tends to growl around strange dogs. Dutch is very confused. He likes to play although he does so kind of awkwardly and perhaps just a bit roughly. Dutch means no harm to any living soul; he’s simply never had the opportunity to be socialized. The only possession Dutch has left is an occasional bowl of food that he guards. So very sad. Dutch is a New Hope Only adoption.
