ABBA Universe proudly presents: Our very own visualization of Benny Anderssons KLINGA MINA KLOCKOR from his 1987 same-titled album. This brand new film features footage originally released in 1940 as part of Walt Disneys masterpiece FANTASIA. This full-length animation feature film made history as consisting of eight animated cartoon segments set to pieces of classical music conducted by Leopold Stokowski. The film contains live action scenes in between those cartoon segments showing Deems Taylor performing as Master of Ceremonies and introducing subsequent segments, as well as filmed footage from the Philadelphia Orchestra, which performed the soundtrack for seven of the eight animated sequences. This short film, simply entitled Benny Anderssons FANTASIA, was carefully put together as a personal appreciation and dedication of Walts unique and marvelous piece of film, of the magic he realized with a powerful courage only he and a few other pioneers in the history of film and music could have achieved. It entirely uses scenes from the depicted film, soundtracked by the equally magical instrumental recording KLINGA MINA KLOCKOR from Benny Andersson. The film opens with the final scene we see in the original FANTASIA feature and concludes with the very same sequence, showing off the beauty of nature and our world.
