ACTRESS REQUIRED Dewsbury Arts Group will be performing Doubt by John Patrick Shanley from Saturday 27th September to Saturday 4th October excluding Sunday. We require an actress to play the part of Mrs Muller, She is in just one scene of the play but it is a very good challenging part. (The play was made into a film in which Viola Davis played the part for which she was nominated for an Oscar.) The play - A priest is suspected by Sister Aloysius of improper conduct with the only African American boy in a Catholic School and takes matters into her own hands. Mrs Muller, the boys mother doesnt want to cause any trouble for reasons of her own. The part of Mrs Muller is African American and can be aged between 20s - 50s. Doubt is a brilliant American Drama.
